10:16 a.m. - 2004-09-02 TC still hasn't moved out of his house, but he's 100% ready. My mom knows all about the whole JS/JR thing and she also disapproves. Well, the other day social services showed up at the house when only TC was home. I guess his brother called on the family. I told my mother this last night and she wasn't surprised. We both felt bad that it happened while TC was still in the house. Anyway, I guess she was talking to my dad this morning. He doesn't know anything about TC's household because that's the sort of thing I discuss with my mom. But mom told him all about it and my dad said he had no idea it was that messed up. He said if TC had no place to go, he could come stay with us. Of course he named some stipulations (sp?) - no fooling around, and CJ would have to move in with me so TC could have his own room. CJ's room is still Lover's Lane Pink from when we were younger and shared that room. Mom said that she wanted to paint that room anyway, she was just waiting for all the windows to be replaced. But this is convenient because now TC doesn't have to talk to my parents, my dad invited him! *happy giggle* Tomorrow I go to visit Russell Sage. I have to meet with a counselor about the Early College program. I don't really understand why. It's a program for girls starting college early - they complete their final high school credits while being a freshmen in college. I will have graduated from high school with my diploma so why can't I be a regular freshman? It doesn't bother me, I just wondered. After that, I get to take a tour. This is the only expensive college that I'm still considering. That's because they have a nice program and both TC and my mom prefer the all-girl thing. I suppose that would be nice, but I'll have to see it. We'll see tomorrow, huh? I finally got Avril Lavigne's new cd. It's really good. I know, I'm a nerd. LOL. I also got a new pair of jeans and two shirts. One says "Irish Girls Do It Better" and the other says "Catholic Girls Do It Better". Now, I'm not Catholic, but my family is. And I was right, I got a nice "are you nuts?!" reaction from my mom. My mom's mother thought it was hilarious. Of course, she's the Irish grandma, not the Catholic one. Tee hee. 0;-) Have a wonderful day!! I have to go clean the house, but I think I'm in the mood. I also have to finish a shitload of History homework. Stupid AP classes... Ta!
