I forgot to tell you! I don't know how this slipped my mind last night, but Tom and I set a date. We've been doing so well since he got back. We're actually closer than we've been before. He talked about moving out for a little while, but he won't go unless I go too. Which won't happen. I think, at least for now, he's dropped the topic. Anyway, I wanted to set the date and for once he didn't give me the run around. He was totally for it and helped me too! We pulled out the calendar and wrote down all the dates for Saturdays and Sundays in February and March. We both want to be married soon after my birthday, which is February 1st. Tom likes the number 4 so he suggested Saturday, February 4th if I didn't mind it being on top of my birthday or Saturday, March 4th if I did. Well, you know me, I couldn't decide. So I wrote down all the dates and put them in a hat. What do you know he chose his original choice? So the wedding is on Saturday, February 4th!!
I have my heart set on the Thendara Inn for the ceremony, reception, and our weekend honeymoon. The party will be no bigger than about 25 people. We only included immediate family, including parents and siblings, and a few friends. My Maid of Honor is Mo! She's a really good friend of mine, we met in 6th grade. She's excited about being an aunt and now she's even more excited. I put her in charge of the flowers and decorations. We've even picked out the dress already. Tom's Best Man is of course going to be his best friend Matt. I would like to have a flower girl {Bria} and a ring bearer {Quintin}, but we'll have to talk to their parents. Unfortunately, we can't be sure either of them will be around. Tom's in charge of finding someone to perform the ceremony, I would like my dad's cousin to be the photographer, and I'm going to ask Tom's brother to videotape it. We're working on a budget so we're trying to be resourceful. I'm so excited! I probably won't actively start planning until this summer, but I know I'll be out of it for at least a month after the baby comes. Yay!!
So far I've finished one magazine review and one set of activity credits for the quarter. That's all I have. I'm doing this Friday's activity credits, which will be the last set. I also plan to do the last magazine reviews coming up. Hopefully this will keep me from a nasty grade or failing. Which it should. I plan to do extra credit again for my community service also, which is a piece of cake. My mom runs the softball concession stand and I can get in there whenever I want.
Anywho, I think I've written enough for today. Two days and I get to see my baby again!! And hopefully see the gender... Yay!! I'm hyper tonight or something. Goodnight!
