grandma
There's a small entry before this one.
My grandma is on her way to the emergency room. My Aunt Dot (grandma's sister) called and left a message about 45 minutes ago. I couldn't get to the phone so I listened to the message. She said grandma was sick; she was feeling dizzy and couldn't keep anything down. She wanted my mom to go check on her. So I called mom at work and told her what the message said. Mom couldn't get ahold of Aunt Dot so she called grandma and grandma's doctor. I guess grandma didn't take her medications until 4:00 yesterday and she threw them up by 5. My grandma is diabetic and she has a bad heart - let's just say she has a medicine cabinet full of medications. So she hasn't had the benefit of those medications since the day before yesterday. Mom called her doctor and he said to take her to the ER. Grandma can't get out of bed tho. She would probably pass out. Mom left work a little while ago to go over there and call an ambulance. My dad just left to go meet her and Aunt Dot.
She's had poor health all her life. It's gotten much worse in recent years. She's only 65, but we've been waiting for something to happen. I feel bad because I haven't taken Bryan to see her like I promised. She hasn't seen him in several weeks. She could use your prayers/good vibes etc.
